1. Scope of Services

Vanshika International offers:

• IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation: Skilled professionals provided on temporary, permanent, or contract basis.

• QA Testing: End-to-end software testing solutions.

• Technologies & Data Warehousing: Development, implementation, and data management services.

• Project Management: Strategic planning, monitoring, and delivery support.

The detailed scope, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed in a Service Agreement/Proposal with each client.

2. Client Obligations

• Provide complete, accurate requirements and necessary access for successful service delivery.

• Ensure timely communication, approvals, and feedback.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when sharing information with us.

3. Payments & Fees

• Fees will be outlined in the Service Agreement or Proposal.

• Invoices must be cleared as per agreed payment terms.

• Late or non-payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• Both parties shall maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.

• Vanshika International adopts reasonable security practices, but we are not liable for breaches outside our control.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring that all shared data complies with relevant laws.

5. Intellectual Property

• Pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of the respective party.

• Deliverables created under a paid agreement shall belong to the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee error-free results.

• Vanshika International shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate an agreement with [30 days] written notice.

• Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

• All outstanding payments must be cleared upon termination.

8. Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit any employee/contractor of Vanshika Enterprises engaged in delivering Services for a period of [6–12 months] without prior written consent.

11. Updates to Terms

Vanshika International reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
